Are you passionate about using data to solve business challenges? Do you want to shape how people analytics drives better decisions across a leading hospitality group? Espresso House Group is looking for a People Analytics Lead to join our People & Culture team.

Location: Head Office in Solna, Stockholm

About the role
As People Analytics Lead, you will own and develop our people analytics capability across the Group. You will design and implement a harmonized KPI structure and create dashboards that support smarter, faster decision-making in our HR and operational teams, helping us build an engaged workforce and an exceptional guest experience across our cafés.

You will work closely with People Business Partners, People Coordinators and Operations to turn data into strategic insights, identify process gaps, and drive improvements across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, perfect for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in HR and people development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement a consistent KPI framework for people data across all countries and units
  • Build and maintain QlikSense dashboards that deliver actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders
  • Conduct advanced analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
  • Present data and insights in a clear, structured way to support action and alignment
  • Identify and address gaps in HR processes and support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Coordinators and Operations to ensure insights are relevant and adopted
  • Act as a subject matter expert in people analytics and support the People team in building data competence

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in working with people or business data
  • Proficiency in QlikSense or similar BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including data modeling and complex functions
  • Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders and driving business impact through analytics
  • Background from HR, people analytics or junior management consulting, preferably with exposure to operational environments
  • Experience from multi-site service industries such as retail, hospitality or restaurants is a plus
  • Ability to work in a structured and self-driven way while collaborating across functions and countries
